A little bit about Culture Court…
It solves big a problem:
We have too much content w/o context.
This is the only show that uses facts to talk with you about what you wanna talk about.
Culture Court gives you *all* the details so you can be the judge.
A little bit more…
Culture Court is hosted by me - CJ. I’m a licensed attorney and I’m curious about everything related to pop culture, sports & entertainment.
After leaving law school, I joined an international corporate law firm. I represent large companies in financial transactions. I also help clients make good business decisions - many of my clients are in the entertainment, hospitality and sports industries.
Just some of the cool things I’ve worked on:
Assisted clients with acquisitions of companies in the beauty, construction, hospitality and retail industries.
Represented a financial institution in connection with a $2 Billion loan to a private equity company.
Counseled a few sports and entertainment companies on various business agreements.
Represented financial institutions in connection with loans to sports and entertainment companies.
Represented clients under civil investigation by the SEC and criminal investigation by the DOJ.
Conducted several workplace investigations into cyber attacks, financial misconduct, and worksite injuries.
Drafted a horse purchase and sale agreement and the related breeding contract.
Negotiated a commercial lease agreement for a prominent bourbon bar.
Thanks for stopping by,
