A little bit about Culture Court…

It solves big a problem:

We have too much content w/o context.

This is the only show that uses facts to talk with you about what you wanna talk about.

Culture Court gives you *all* the details so you can be the judge.

A little bit more…

Culture Court is hosted by me - CJ. I’m a licensed attorney and I’m curious about everything related to pop culture, sports & entertainment.

After leaving law school, I joined an international corporate law firm. I represent large companies in financial transactions. I also help clients make good business decisions - many of my clients are in the entertainment, hospitality and sports industries.

Just some of the cool things I’ve worked on:

  • Assisted clients with acquisitions of companies in the beauty, construction, hospitality and retail industries.

  • Represented a financial institution in connection with a $2 Billion loan to a private equity company.

  • Counseled a few sports and entertainment companies on various business agreements.

  • Represented financial institutions in connection with loans to sports and entertainment companies.

  • Represented clients under civil investigation by the SEC and criminal investigation by the DOJ.

  • Conducted several workplace investigations into cyber attacks, financial misconduct, and worksite injuries.

  • Drafted a horse purchase and sale agreement and the related breeding contract.

  • Negotiated a commercial lease agreement for a prominent bourbon bar.

Thanks for stopping by,
